My Recommendations If you work on a small file, like syllabus, with another faculty, use Outlook email Groups If you work on a project with several people, use Teams. “Teams” looks like project management software. SharePoint fits business world very well. I would not use SharePoint at this point. Whenever you share large-size files – PowerPoint, photo, video , send a link from OneDrive instead of attachment. Backup all your data to your OneDrive by the end of each semester.
