Walking to forest school We walk in a sensible line to our Forest School
Our activity – bug houses We explore a different area to find some elder. When elder is cut more stems grow up from the cut
We set up our boundary flags. We have to stay inside them
Bug houses We pass around the elder – is there a smell, what does it feel like, is it soft or hard?
Bug houses Everybody is told how to use a potato peeler. We start taking the bark off the elder
