What is Armaphalt? Jobling Purser started to develop and create the Armaphalt range in 2012-14 Armaphalt is a bagged site mix hot asphalt, that conforms to all relevant material specifications: EN 13108 PD 6691 SHW SROH Armaphalt is used in conjunction with a mobile low volume asphalt heaters
