Making Decisions We all make decisions everyday. Some decisions are easy to make. Some decisions are difficult to make. When decisions are difficult, it helps to know some steps to take in making them.

Decision Making Steps What is the decision about? What are my choices? What could happen if I make each choice? What is the best decision?

Difficult Decisions Katie wants you to skip class with her. She tells you that no one will find out. Katie is your best friend and you don’t want to disappoint her, but you also are afraid of getting in trouble. What should you do?

Making the Right Choice Think about the consequences, before making a decision. Do not let your peers influence you in making the wrong decision. If you make a bad choice, take responsibility for your actions, and learn from your mistake!!

GOAL SETTING Set Personal and Academic Goals for Yourself!! Write down your goals!! ““It must be borne in mind that the tragedy of life does not lie in not reaching your goal. The tragedy of life lies in having no goal to reach.”
