Fig 2 (A) First, resection of lung parenchyma was performed using an ultrasound-driven scalpel with minute severance, and the margin to normal lung tissue was identified. (B) After resecting, the cut visceral surfaces were approximated and clamped by forceps. Before this procedure, the measurement of the cut surface was performed in the inflated lung and its long and short diameters were recorded as parameters.
