Observations and Measurements – Conceptual Model Defines a conceptual schema for observations, and for features involved in sampling when making observations. Current Status Approved as ISO FDIS OGC Adoption Vote as OGC abstract specification topic volume initiated June 30, 2010. Completion date August 29, 2010. Issues To be resolved: Relationship of GML Observation viz O&M. No change for now. Deferred to GML 4.0.
