Warm-Up Take out your student information sheets from yesterday and continue working on those. You have about 15 minutes to finish up. If you are still not finished, you will need to complete it for homework.

Review Expectations & procedures What’s the main rule in this class? What are some school rules you must follow at all times? What is expected of you at the beginning of class? What should you do if you need a pass to the restroom during class? Where do you turn your work in? What do you do at the end of class? Others?

HAPPY CARDS What makes you happy? Describe in simple terms: 1-2 words. On an index card, write your thing in large letters on one side. Decorate it with appropriate symbols and colors. Put your name on the back. We will post them as a constant reminder of what makes us happy!

Who Am I? On a post-it note, write the name of one CELEBRITY. Don’t let anyone see your person! Wait for directions.

How well do you know yourself? Kokology: the study of kokoro (Japanese: 心) which in the aforementioned language means "mind" or "spirit". GUIDELINES: Clear your mind. Record your first thoughts. Don’t overthink or change your answers.
