Confidential AACE Foods March 2018

WHO WE ARE AACE Foods was created propelled by passion and a sense of urgency rooted in three facts: To combat malnutrition especially in children under 5 To address waste in smallholder harvest To displace import in food processing Our Mission: To provide nutritious and tasty food products made from the best of West Africa’s fruits, herbs, cereals and vegetables. Our Vision: To be the preferred provider of food in West Africa, thereby contributing significantly to the improved nutritional status of our people, and better the livelihoods of our farmers. Our Values: Proudly West African, Quality Products, Cost & Time Efficiency, Continuous Improvement and Accountability.

OUR REACH & IMPACT Presence in 13 states in Nigeria and over 120 supermarkets and open air markets Exports to Europe, North America and Neighboring African Countries Displaced imports of bulk ingredients and currently supply leading FMCGs Engagement with over 10,000 smallholder farmers in Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Taraba, Oyo, Ondo and Ogun State 83 employees, over 50% are women, directly engage with over 100 distributors, SMEs and community organizations that benefit from AACE Foods

OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH Capacity Expansion: Operationalizing the factory, installing higher capacity automated equipment, distribution vehicles and Laboratory equipment. Supply Chain Development: In ensuring quality improvement and standardization across board, investment in this area is increasingly growing and requires improved expertise and increased inputs which comes at higher cost. Liquid Capital: Increasing cash flow expands our financial capacity as the need to grow volumes both locally and through export increases which is presently marred due to 30 days payment structure of most of these companies Brand Building: Investing into the brand is a very challenging especially knowing it does not come with immediate gain to the business.
