Objective At the end of this lesson, students will be able to compare and contrast the geographic/economic characteristics of the New England, Middle, Chesapeake, and Southern Colonies

Warm-Up What factors impacted the political, social, and economic development of the colonial regions(the New England colonies, the middle colonies, and the Southern colonies(Chesapeake)?

Cooperative Activity Students will be placed into 6 groups and given a map of a different colonial region. Each group then creates a list of the characteristics of the region
