Supplementary Figure 1 HCT116 MOLT4 Supplementary Figure 1. Quantification of histone H4 acetylation levels using high performance capillary electrophoresis. HCT116 and MOLT4 cell lines were treated for 24 hours with 1 mM of SAHA, Compound 6h or Compound 6l.

Supplementary Figure 2 HCT116 MOLT4 Supplementary Figure 2. Compounds 6h and 6l induce cell cycle arrest at G2/M.
