Information, Innovation and Accountability- Opportunities and Challenges

For Discussion What lessons can we learn from the "bright lights" of where media/technology and information has most supported the Transparency and Accountability agenda? What are the greatest challenges in building on those successes? What do we know about the effective dissemination of information -- when it meets real demand? Do we know enough?  Do we understand and support the supply side/production of information well enough?  Does the funding community fund "information" and all the components of it effectively?
