Client Successes “Resilience coaching helped me to realise that I am responsible for my mental health. No-one else can take responsibility for my happiness and I don’t need anyone else’s permission to be well.” One client has begun leaving the house and looking forward to getting a bus pass as she will then be able to access our community gardens. One client was housebound due to anxiety. He started work with Horticulture Practitioner in his own garden and with her encouragement he is now volunteering at a community garden under his own steam. www.mylifedynamic.org.uk
