Student Learning Target By the end of the lesson, Students will be able to: I can… -explain how the development of the Golden Age of Athens contributed to Western Civilization I will.. -complete the remaining stations for History Ch. 29 Activity. Criteria for Success: I know I have it when… I have visited all 6 stations and have glued all my keepsakes from each station into my notebook.

Today’s DOL is: Monday 22 Language Lesson (10 min) -You have 5 minutes to answer the questions. -Then we will correct it. **** Make sure you complete it BEFORE I give you the answers. I may have someone else correct your work! We are beginning a new format today! They are called DAILY ORAL LANGUAGE or DOL for short! Please glue them into your journal each day!

History Rotations (30 min) Station A- The Temple at Delphi- You will follow the station directions to match the Fate Cards and create a postcard to glue into your journal. Station B-The Acropolis- You will create a replica temple following the station directions, and glue the document into your journal Station C- The Marble Workshop- You will follow the station directions to create Greek Sculptures and glue them into your journal. Station D-The Theater of Dionysus- You will follow the station directions to act out a play and write the chorus (ending) to the play. You will glue your ending in your journal. Station E-The Agora- You will listen to a recording of the Philosopher, Socrates, and answer questions that you will glue into your journal. Station F- The Panathenaic Game- You will follow the station directions to participate in 4 events of the games. You will glue your score card into your journal. Finish the final two stations Start in the station you ENDED with on FRIDAY Then move to the next station

Active Reading (if time) While listening to Chapter 19 of The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan you may work on your Ch.19 Reading Questions (Due Tomorrow)
