What is the FSA? Florida’s K-12 assessment system measures students’ achievement of Florida’s education standards, which were developed and implemented to ensure that all students graduate from high school ready for success in college, career, and life. This assessment supports instruction and student learning. Test results help Florida’s educational leadership and stakeholders determine whether the goals of the education system are being met.

What are the Florida State Standards? Standards are simple statements about what students are expected to know or do as a result of what they learn in class.  Standards ensure that all schools and all classrooms have the same expectations for students.
