RUBRIC FOR JAPAN POP-UP PICTURE PROJECT A. Identification Points 1 point – project title label Note. Neatness and following measuring and placement instructions is important. If items on the project not done according to the instructions, expect the project to be returned to the student to fix it. Also, if the project is turned in late, 30% of the points will be subtracted from the total points. 1 point – name, period date started label B. Pop-Up Points 1 point – topic label for pop-up picture 2 points – colored picture to match the topic label 1 point – for each attached paper spring (3 points for three springs attached to the picture) Total points for each pop-up with topic title – 6 points Total points for all six pop-up pictures – 36 points C. Explanation for Final Points 1. Identification points plus the pop-up points – 38 points 2. This project is “weighted” with additional points for importance. Total Points for the project: 38 x 2= 76 points.
