The use of problem concerns by GP in Netherlands 17 April 2014

Structuring EHR with concerns The Dutch Primary Care providers are expected to work according to their professional guideline. The GP systems are certified if they comply to the GP Reference Information Model. In the process the GP’s work according to the SOEP principal. (Subjective, Objective, Evaluation, Plan). Their systems are structured in Episodes ( =problems).
