JACEP 2017;3:1252-1261 Entrainment of a Fast–Slow Form AVNRT With VOP Upon cessation of pacing, a pseudo atrial–atrial–ventricular response was observed due to a prominent decremental conduction in the retrograde limb of the re-entrant circuit. The atrial cycle was prolonged at the first resetting, whereby the predicted PPI – TCL (173 ms) became longer than the TPP (151 ms). Furthermore, the measured corrected PPI – TCL (211 ms) was longer than the predicted PPI – TCL, which may be attributable to a greater conduction delay during successive paced beats after the first resetting.
