Problem – Solution # 3 Storm blows their ship off course – don’t land in Virginia In Massachusetts they write the Mayflower Compact to establish order in the colony

Problem – Solution # 4 They arrive in winter – many die of starvation In spring the Natives/ Squanto teach them how to grow food
