First, pick an interesting object.

Then, do a blind contour drawing of your object.

Finish that blind contour drawing up in some creative way.

Second, draw your object realistically on toned paper with black and white charcoal pencil.

Third, you will do a cropped image painting drawing or sculpture of your object.

Lastly you will create a work of art inspired by your object.
