Western Electricity Coordinating Council General Chair Duties The chair manages the work group and its meetings. The vice chair perform the duties of the chair in the chair’s absence. The committee chair, vice chair and WECC liaison prepare the meeting agendas and action recommendations with committee membership input. General Meeting Requirements The GOWG determine the time of its meetings. Shall meet at least XXX times per year. Meetings will be held in accordance with the WECC Meeting Policy. A quorum for meetings shall be those members in attendance. Require a majority vote of those members present. GOWG meetings can be conducted (as determined by the chair) in person, Webinar, or conference call.
