What do these words mean? Saturday, 13 April 2019 Assessment 3: Revision What do these words mean? 1. Discrimination 2. Equality 3. Prejudice Using the dictionaries and your own knowledge explain what these words mean. CHALLENGE: Can you extend your explanation by including an example?

YES OR NO Will you treat each other differently now you know you don’t have the same things in common? Why does discrimination exist then?

What formed your opinion? Do we sometimes judge people before we know them? Prejudice Judge Pre Ask pupils to write down their own definition. Watch the video (linked to opinion.) “We are all one in God’s eyes” Equality “We are all one in God’s eyes” Yes, we are! No, we are not! The Bible says we are ALL special, we are ALL God’s children. Humans are all different, with different wants and needs. It is not possible not treat people equally. Add your own arguments to the table.
