District EL Noncompliance Findings I-EL 1: Reclassification: “Although the district has implemented multiple redesignation criteria, evidence is lacking that the district has established a follow up procedure to monitor the academic performance of each R-FEP student for two years following redesignation.”

District EL Noncompliance Findings II-EL3a: English Language Development There is insufficient evidence that English Learners are receiving a program of instruction in ELD in order to develop proficiency in English as rapidly and as effectively as possible.

District EL Noncompliance Findings II-EL 3B: Access to Core: Site-developed catch-up plans designed to make up student academic deficits before becoming irreparable need to include: Specific interim benchmarks Differentiation by cohorts based on English proficiency level at time of initial enrollment and time in program, including those designated Ps and PRPs.
