In any work , the contributor personality seeks to combine: EFFECTIVENESS : Performing work activities well Achieving the goal HUMAN VALUES: Being ethical Human concern

WHO IS CONTRIBUTOR ? Contributor have both human value as well as factional effectiveness, the gate job done but also do it right. EX: The Contributor teacher is concerned about bring out the best in each student. The teacher cares about the future of every student. they tech student with easy method, which can they understand properly and built confidence in the subject.

WHO IS NON-CONTRIBUTOR ? The person who :- Concern for the only his personal fulfillment. Do not take responsibility in any situation. Only focus on development of personal capabilities. Always self-esteem

Non contributor: EX: The Non contributor teacher is unconcerned student are paying attention and have under- stood what is being taught . As a result student find these class boring.

EXAMPLE: INSIGHT: The Contributor’s focus is on achieving the larger goals of the team, rather than focusing only on his/her own personal success.

The contributor focuses on ‘WE’ not ‘ I ‘ Two person ,who are project leaders with Responsibility of completing to important assignment. After completion project, how they thinking. The contributor team leader always Increase the moral of members as well As encourage and motivate the member And achieve the goal and also involve To suggest anything if it is right then also Implement.

Non contributor team leader The non contributor leader Thinking that i have done A great job. I must ensure And i noticed by the Management. It is a chance For a Promotion.

EXAMPLE:

THE CONTRIBUTOR PROACTIVELY TAKES UP WORK NON-CONTRIBUTOR CONTRIBUTOR

Sudha did all the work she was given during peak season, but she didn’t know what do in during time of light work and she got bored and frustrated. Then she was not interested in work, often complaining that her work is boring.  Satish work hard like Sudha during the peak season but he didn’t found other months to b boring. He thought this was best opportunity to go deeper into exploring audit. He sometime helped out teamed in non audit work. He learnt a lot in periods and also help organization.

Contributor is always ready to accept new challenges and they enjoy their work This is a golden opportunity for me to learn something new.. Let me give it a try.

Non-contributor always afraid of doing new things….. Oh!......I wont be able to do this work as I have not done this kind of work before …..

THE CONTRIBUOR IS COMMITTED TO THE RESPOSIBILITIES OF HIS ROLE NOT A “ CLOCK WATCHER” CONTRIBUTOR NON-CONTRIBUTOR

Contributor: Nalin’s reply was positive and he was ready to work Contributor: Nalin’s reply was positive and he was ready to work. He thought that if we will work together then the report will be ready soon and send it off on time to the headquaters. Non-contributor: Sunil thought that it is already 5:30 pm, so why do they come up with work so late in the day? And he said that he is going home.

QUALITIES OF CONTRIBUTOR PERSONALITY IN ACTION MAKING THEM VALUABAL IN WORK PLECE  In their work, contributor demonstrate concern for the human being they serve.  Contributor go all out to try and find an answer. they take responsibility for “MAKING THING HAPPEN” in any Situation.  Contributor have a wider view of their work and thus take pride in doing their work well.  The contributor focus in on achieving the large goal of the team, organization rather then focusing only on his/her own Personal success
