Parent Portal School Registration 2018-2019

From BCPS Website, under Parents, Resources, choose Parent Portal From BCPS Website, under Parents, Resources, choose Parent Portal. Using the same credentials as when you log in to check grades. To register your child, login to Parent Portal.

You will also need your child’s access code and password. You obtain this code through the mailing received from the school. Just follow the steps guiding you through the set up. Adding a Student to an existing account: You will need the student’s access code and password. This was sent to you with the student information for registration.

Once logged into parent portal, If you need to add a student: 1.Click Account Preferences and click Students. Sam Ana Joey 3. At this point you need the student’s Access ID and Password. 2. After clicking the Students tab, click Add ADD

Completing the Registration Forms needed every year for each student. When you log into Parent Portal you will see: All the children associated with your account. After clicking the 2018-19 Returning Registration You will be taken to the screen where you place that child's birth date, then click Continue Once in the account, you can edit existing information and/or add any information regarding that student. After putting in the birthdate and clicking continue, you will see the screen below. Note the last paragraph, you can register another child without having to sign in and out of parent portal. Click Next on the bottom right to continue with the current student’s registration. Tom

You can edit the address line, but first check the box indicating so. If you are a returning student, this is the first page. You will find that some items can’t be edited. You must complete all “pages” and sections with a red asterisk.

On the last page, the submit button will only be bold and operable if ALL RED ASTERISKS are completed throughout the form. Notice it is not bold, so there must be some items not filled out.
