Task Force Brief Cultural and Historic Preservation Task Force Key deliverable will be updated language for NWACP Section 4313, including formal adoption of National Programmatic on Protection of Historic Properties During Emergency Response Under the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan Task force met on 3/21 and 5/16 to scope and scale task force objectives and discuss options for addressing cultural resource and historic property protection in NWACP Plan Of Action and Milestones Group is currently reviewing draft language for inclusion in the NWACP as well as materials for operational volume List of categorical exclusions and 4313 language will be finalized at 6/19 meeting to ensure timely submission to Steering Committee
