DO NOT SWALLOW Encourage puncture site to bleed Wash site with soap and water, cover with waterproof dressing Eye contamination, irrigate with water Report incident promptly to line manager and complete web-based Incident Report Form During working hours (08.30am – 4.30pm) contact Team Prevent (Occupational Health. Telephone:- 01327 810271 Out of working hours contact your nearest Accident and Emergency, as soon as possible Inform your Infection, Prevention and Control (IPC) Matron or the on call IPC Matron
