Provide a brief book talk on your horror novel B. Parody Book Project General Overview You will create a DIGITAL parody of the horror novel that you are reading. It can be in the form of an animation video, or a good ole fashion video recording. I will include approved websites you can use on the handout you will receive on exam day. What is a parody? A spoof, an exaggeration of art, writing or artist. It is designed to make fun of the subject at hand. Famous Parodies: Saturday Night Live, Scary Movie, Boo: A Madea Halloween, The Daily Show, The Colbert Report Your parody MUST ADDRESS the basic elements of a story: Exposition, Rising Action, Climax, Falling Action and Resolution.
