Tools to help manage the Family’s Digital Life: -Android: Family Link -Microsoft: Family Account -IOS: Restrictions & Family Sharing

Apple labels the iPhone's parental controls as “Restrictions” To enable them, go to Settings > General > Restrictions > Enable Restrictions This allows you to: Disable certain apps Content restrictions Privacy settings Prevent changes Game Center settings Ask to Buy Location Sharing If your child is under 13 years old, then you will need to create an account for them using your iPhone. To do so, go to Settings > [Your Name]  > Family Sharing > Add Family Member and then tap Create a Child Account.

There are a lot of paid parental control apps and programs, but I am not going to promote paid apps at Parent Nights. But you can always Google or Bing: Best parental control apps and find plenty.
