Expectations for Criterion Teams Strictly follow the timeline and complete all tasks on time Identify and gather critical files, documents, and websites that will be used to support compiling assurance argument Support each other by working together as a team and interacting with other teams Identify, communicate, and make recommendations to fix certain gaps

Important Dates October 14, 2016 Each criterion prepares a 2-5 page SWOT analysis and other pertinent information to Darlene before Friday, October 14. October 28, 2016 Darlene will synthesis and work with Bin to forward the material to our external consultants no later than October 28 November 10, 2016 9:30am-3:30pm, Mock site visit Spring 2017 Submission of Quality Initiative (QI) report Mid-May 2017 1st draft of assurance argument in place Late Summer 2017 Establish a team for coordinating site visit logistics August 31, 2017 Final assurance argument (35,000 words) in place All support documents stored in electronic portal Mid-September, 2017 Lock assurance portal October 23-24, 2017 HLC Site Visit
