Timely recruitment of additional staff when necessary BNRA approach to assuring the required number of qualified staff Assessment of the staffing needs accounting for the staff retirement plans and the agency future tasks Timely recruitment of additional staff when necessary Selection based on contest: Candidate with most suitable education, skills, competency and experience selected
