Decide which risk you would rather take 6. Commit to take small steps 7. Let go Act in spite the fear! Be conformable in feeling good about your work! Take that compliment and thank the person! Be selfish – focus on yourself from time to time - breed! Learn to say no! Don’t avoid! Don’t deflect – negate the good in doing something! Don’t always give to others!
