Monday February 20th Note: Unit Test Monday February 27th See Weebly site for the study guide if you want it Research Day! Divide up the 4 new questions and use the Jigsaw graphic organizer to record what you’ve learned and what you will share with others Pull out your timeline rubric for your participation grade!

Tuesday February 21st Jigsaw day! Share your knowledge of the cancer treatment you researched with your group. Focus on Pros/Cons of each treatment!

Wednesday February 22nd Warm up: complete the following Venn diagram in your spiral notebook Animal Cell Plant Cell BacteriaCell

Project Work Day Focus on creating the 2nd part of your project presentation = Current Treatments Pros/Cons

Warm Up February 23rd Review: What are the 4 types of protists we learned about? How do they get their energy (autotroph/heterotroph)? How do they move?

Taking a Closer Look We will be going to the microscope lab to look at healthy cells and cancerous cells under the microscope! Bring your devices and you can take pictures of what you see to add to your presentations if you like!

Friday February 25th Project Work Day! As a group, decide on your best cancer treatment (either something you learned about, a mix of treatments you learned about, or something completely new!). Continue working on your project presentation, following the rubric guidelines. Projects will wrap up next Wednesday and we can begin presentations then 
