Customer Get-together TATA Steelium & TATA Astrum Customer Get-together (Movie Show) on 15-03-2014 At Ellante Mall Chandigarh

Brief about the initiative…….. We have taken a customer picnic as an unique ppa initiative. While speaking with customers, some of them were not in favour of spending a full day out. We discussed the matter with CAM Mr. Harshender Garg. He suggested us the unique idea to take away the customers for an entertainment evening. We searched for the options and came to know that a full entertainment Punjabi movie Mr & Mrs 420 (comedy) was running in theatres. We finaised the bookings at PVR cinema for evening show by 6:30pm. All the customers (invitees) happily accepted our offer and assembled at Ellante Mall for the show. We had booked 40 tickets and top 10 customers were invited with their families for the show. Mr. Pawan Mangla, Mr. Deeptanshu & Mr. Manoj Sharma were available to receive & welcome customer at Ellante Mall. The movie was a great hit in terms of entertainment (Punjabi comedy) and the audience i.e. our customers, their children and wives enjoyed the same to their fullest. The snacks, cold drinks etc. were arranged during the movie to make the watching movie more entertainment. The show ended by 9:15 PM and every one came our laughing remembering the comedy of movie.

Way Forward…….. It was a great time to be with customers, away from their routine jobs. This has provided us a platform to know more about customers & their families. This will help in strengthening the personal bond with customers thus will result in more loyalty toward TATA brands. We hope to conduct such more initiatives in future also.
