Friday Nighters / Burrough League 1 UTCC 2018 Memberships With Castle Hill now well established the club has had to consider the membership fees applicable in 2018 whilst at the same time being mindful of the prevailing economic climate – we’re especially keen to ensure that junior school age children can start cricket at an affordable level. The membership fees are set out in the table below and have been arrived at under the guiding principles: Membership fees for those from U15 through to senior players will increase for the first time since 2011 which means the majority of categories had remained unchanged for 6 years by the time we concluded the 2017 season. There should be concessions for families where 3 or more children participate 4 social memberships are included with each paid junior, student or senior membership with the exception of Friday Nighters, Burrough League & Social Memberships. These members may add their spouse/partner only. No junior cricketer should be refused membership based upon hardship – proof of ‘free school meals’ will be one factor considered when allowing free membership. Membership fees this year need to be paid using the following guidelines: Category Age Group Membership Fee Match Tax (per match) Payment Due Senior* Not in full time education and 19 after 1st Sept 2017 £70.00 £5.00 Membership fees become due on 1st April and need to be paid before 31st May each year. Failure to pay on time will mean the use of Castle Hill facilities and the consideration of selection for teams being removed. Student* In full time education and 19 after 1st Sept 2017 £45.00 £3.00 Junior U17s* School Years 11 & 12 Junior U15s* School Years 10 & 9 £40.00 £3.00 (senior games) £2.00 (junior games) Junior U13s* School Years 8 and below £2.00 Friday Nighters / Burrough League N/A £25.00 Social Only Not Applicable £20.00 At anytime Concessions are available for families with 3 or more children participating and these apply at U15s and U13s. For each child at U15 reduce the membership by £4 per child and £3 per child at U13. *Payments will be collected from 1st February and must be paid by 31st May at the latest. If they remain unpaid after this date then use of Castle Hill facilities and consideration for selection for teams will be withdrawn. Anyone signing up to a Friday Nighter / Burrough League membership and then playing at least 2 longer format games must pay the difference to the full category they qualify for. During the collection of membership payments we will also ask you to confirm the current information we hold for you or your children is correct. For those joining for the first time we will require some key information and in particular emergency contact details should a coach or manager need to contact you about your child. The information you supply is only used by the club and not made available to any third parties. It is also a key requirement of Uppingham Town CC maintaining the ‘Clubmark’ accreditation set out by The England & Wales Cricket Board. If you have any questions on the above don’t hesitate to contact Kev Bennett – kevbennett@uppinghamtowncc.co.uk
