Project performance: Q1 & Q2 to date Employment: exceeding target; Training: not meeting target Unemployed/eco.inactive split: 80/20 (should be 50/50) Gender split: 50/50 (on target) Volunteering, job searching, disabilities, ethnic groups: all reaching or exceeding target Overall referrals: approx. 17-20 p/wk, JCPs on board. Partners: avg. performance rating = 60% of targets Positive feedback and ‘good news stories’ – feeding into marketing and evaluation Referrals: high for job searching/CVs, expect this could fall when H&W programme comes on line later in year. ‘Blockage’ now with some partners (job searching, CVs etc), Landau streamlining own model. Other partners any capacity?? Avg. partner performance: 60% of targets Min. performance: 10% Q1 & Q2 35% Q3 50%+ Q4 (based on partners being unable to catch up if not hitting 50% by end Q4) 4 partners = 100%++ of targets Underperforming partners being supported to reach targets
