A, A recirculating water bath filled with clearing solution is connected via chemical- and heat-resistant tubing to a filter unit (which removes particulate matter and reduces bubbles in the clearing solution). The clearing solution is then split into six parallel tube lines, each containing one ETC chamber. The fluid output of the chambers is then recombined into a single line before entering the recirculator. Power supplies provide current to each ETC chamber.
