Maricopa County Regional Homeless Court (MCRHC) Outstanding minor misdemeanor Victimless offenses Homeless individuals who demonstrate commitment to end their homelessness MCRHC combines punishment with treatment and services in rigorous supervised rehabilitation programs

Maricopa County Regional Homeless Court (MCRHC) Provider submits an application once applicant has been accepted into a provider program MCRHC reviews application and refers case to appropriate Municipal/Justice Court for participation If approved, case is scheduled once the applicant has met the program and community restitution requirements Applicant appears at MCRHC with their case manager and reports on their program participation If appropriate, the Judge quashes relevant warrants, fines and fees in exchange for completed community service hours
