Day One 8:00- 8:30am Welcome / Introductions, Review of Meeting Objectives / HCLS timeline for 2007 8:30—9:15am Update on Semantic Web Activities – Ivan Hermann 9:15-10:15am 15 minute presentations by each task force updating group on goals/work (BioRDF, BioOnt, ACPP, Drug Safety) with discussion on collaboration opportunities and goals 10:15-10:30 Break 10:30-11:15 URI resolution in Ontologies - Alan Ruttenberg 11:15-noon Collaborative discussion on URIs - BioRDF will solicit for short URI related statements prior to the meeting, this discussion will focus on identifying points of consensus and next steps noon-1pm Lunch 1-:30pm Presentation by Bio Ont Group of Parkinson's Disease Ontology 1:30-3pm Collaboration Sessions BioRDF and BioOnt collaborate on Parkinson's Ontology Drug Safety group has first F2F meeting 3-3:15 Break 3:15-4:15 Presentation by ACPP group on the Stroke and/or CABG protocol ontology, challenges posed by existing healthcare domain ontologies 4-5:30 Collaborative Sessions: BioOnt and ACP collaborate on identifying cross-maps with HL7 RIM BioRDF mini- Hackathon of collected RDF data Drug Safety continues it's first F2F planning 5:30 - 6:00 "Happy half-hour": Drinks/Snacks 6:00 Travel to "Rijstafel" Restaurant Orient - Van Baerlestraat 21
