Step 1 - Select a Niche Group to Work: HOW TO CREATE A SIMPLE SYSTEM THAT YOU CAN USE TO REACH YOUR GOALS WITH EASE!   Step 1 - Select a Niche Group to Work:  Quick Tips: Your niche can be almost any group of people you choose to target. For example: Expired Listings, move up buyers, vacation homes, short sale candidates, Foreclosures, your Facebook followers/fans, subdivision etc.. You can use a geographic area, or psychographics, farm area just about any group. They must be a smaller niche group to target. It is much easier for you to influence a small group of people rather than the entire universe. Unless you have a coke budget!

Step 2 – Build a FREE or inexpensive Landing Page/Stealth Web Site Where Your “Value Offer” Awaits:   Quick Tips: Your CD is filled with FREE reports and valuable information you can use to fulfill your offer to your Niche. You can use any and all of these with our compliments or, Offer a very specific focused set of property search results. Example - “Mansions in Foreclosures In La Cresta, Murrieta!” or, Offer a “FREE Online Home Valuation” or, Offer a “FREE List of Homes in Every Area of Interest” delivered direct to your email in basket. Offer a “Top 5 Short Sales in ________” or “5 Acre Ranchettes in Wine Country”.

Step 3 - Drive Traffic to Your Landing Page/Stealth One Page Websites: (a.k.a. – “Squeeze Page”)   Drive traffic to your Capture point using the following lead generation sources: (Select 1 or 2 to start, you can add additional sources as you can afford it and/or get this system underway) Craigslist Facebook Business Page With a Fan Gate Local inexpensive targeted publications (i.e. Penny Saver to target renters to owners) Direct Mail/Postcard Campaign Google Adwords Back of your business cards Email (use your signature to add a hot link to one of your stealth websites) Ads on other Sites/Blogs Other

Quick Tips:   We will be going through a number of step by step marketing systems all of which you can use to drive potential buyers and sellers to your Landing Page/Stealth websites. On one of the Coaching Calls that follow this program we will go through how to use Google Adwords which is a Smart Way to Drive Targeted Prospects to your Stealth Websites and/or Facebook Business Page with a Fan Gate and your YouTube Videos/Channel with a CTA Overlay. More on this later. In fact, there are 4 coaching calls, one per week all of which are included as part of the “SOLUTION” experience just for you.

Step 4 – Follow Up and Follow Through With Every Lead Generated:   In order develop a relationship with each respondent and increase the probability of doing business with them, send automated email follow-ups with hot links to educational and value added information and services. In addition use blogs, Twitter, Facebook and other social media tools to Deliver information of Value.  What to Send: Short, relevant, educational email messages with frequency (2-3 Days). Text based articles that explain my “Value Offer” better, or relate to it in some way. Links to current property search results that folks interested in this niche may want to see. FREE reports with tips, tricks and strategies that have value to my targeted group of responders.

Quick Tips:   Again, your “Solution CD” is full of valuable information for you to use. Use all kinds of resources online to grab information you deem valuable to your Targeted prospects. Make yourself the EXPERT by blogging solutions targeted to the Needs and Wants of those you want to influence. Use your Facebook and Twitter accounts to deliver information of value to your targeted groups.

A Few More Things : Do live follow-up to the A and B leads. Consistently drive targeted potential Prospects to your stealth websites that offer Something of Value (SOV) to your target (This will fill your database with A, B and C leads). Do live follow-up to the A and B leads. Place all of those that respond, your Leads, into an automated email drip system that will stay in touch via email every 2-3 days. Send valuable and cool stuff relevant to what your prospect initially opted in for and they will contact you when they are ready to do business! Position yourself as the trusted advisor, their resource, information provider, their “Jiminy Cricket” for relevant and valuable information. You are the Expert that has given everything and asked for nothing in return.
