Curriculum Outline 3 sections: core curriculum - examination subjects - non-examination subjects core curriculum – choice subjects enrichment subject

The core curriculum non-examination subjects Personal, Social, Health and Citizenship Education (including SRE) Physical Education Enterprise Education Information and Communication Technology Careers Education (including IAG)

The core curriculum examination subjects GCSE English Language GCSE English Literature GCSE Mathematics GCSEs in Biology, Chemistry and Physics GCSE Religious Studies (taken in Year 10)

The core curriculum choice subjects GCSE History or GCSE Geography GCSE German or GCSE French or Latin

The enrichment subjects select 2 of which 1 will be studied GCSE Art and Design GCSE French* GCSE Computer Science GCSE German* GCSE Drama GCSE Geography* GCSE Latin* GCSE History* GCSE Music GCSE Physical Education GCSE Psychology

Choose 2 enrichment subjects each of which happy to study Rank the subjects 1 and 2. Every effort will be made to allocate choice 1, but it will be dependent on: timetabling constraints due to subjects chosen by the cohort demand for the course due to subjects chosen by the cohort availability of staff within the timetable

Procedure Key Stage 4 Curriculum Evening Wednesday 18th April 18.00 - 20.00. Parent Consultation Evening Thursday 03rd May 16.15 – 20.00. Issue of Key Stage 4 Curriculum Form Friday 04th May. Deadline for return of signed Key Stage 4 Curriculum Form Friday 11th May.
