My spectrum of interoception and sensory synaesthesia ACTIVITY G. YOUR WRITING PROMPTS PAGE 76-77

My interoception system gets confused when I: Are you able to monitor the changes in your body to understand what is happening to you? Do you understand when you are panicking or nervous? Can you feel the difference in your stomach to let you know these are your current emotions?   Do you understand when you are angry or do you get confused about the sensations in your body? Can you work out when you need to get help with your emotions because of the changes in your body? Can you tell when you need to physically take a break and move your body? Do you register when you are cold and need to put on a coat? Are you able to identify that you are starting to feel unwell and might be sick?

How I experience sensory synaesthesia:  When you hear a sound or see something can you feel a physical sensation on your body? Do any sounds make you see a colour?   Will certain smells make you see a particular colour? Do you get several different sensations all at once with some colours, tastes or sounds? Is this confusing or pleasurable? Can you feel the same sensations that you are watching happening to someone else? If they are cold will you feel cold? Or if they are upset does this make you feel just as bad or even worse? Do you experience letters or numbers as different colours? What about things like the days or the week or months of the year?
