LEARNING TARGETS School Connect Units 3.3-3.4-3.5-3.6 I create individualized short-term and long-term goals for myself.  I create plans to reach my goals I implement specific actions steps towards reaching my goals. I monitor and evaluate my progress towards reaching my goals. I identify various resources to help me reach my goals. I use various resources to help me reach my goals. I adapt by smoothly juggling multiple demands. I prioritize and organize my resources (time, materials, support from others) when achieving my goals. .

ENVISION YOUR LIFE Where do you want to go from High School? Do you really want to be treated as an adult? What do you want your income potential to be after high school? Do you need more training or school to achieve that income?

Stop and Think What direction do you want to follow? Better still what goals do you have? If you don’t have answers for the first two questions that is great! Time to start planning or setting goals.
