Break the Ice #1- Decorate a T-Shirt MONDAY: Draw and color your name on a picture of a plain T-shirt on paper. Decorate the T-Shirt any way you choose (appropriately). Include info such as hobbies, favorite sports team, your family members, etc. When finished, place your T-shirt on the wall!

Timed Writing/Quick Write: “Dear Me,” TUESDAY: Write a letter to yourself about what your expectations are for the new school year. Include: What you would like to learn this year, Your likes/dislikes from last year, What you are looking forward to the most. Turn in your letters to Mrs. Mustain. You will get them back at the end of the year!

Break the Ice #3- Human Scavenger Hunt Get a Human Scavenger sheet . Now see if you can solve the clues by walking around the room and asking your peers questions from the list. You will have 2 minutes! Object: try to match as many blanks as you can from your peers!
