Dietary Reference Intakes = levels used for planning and evaluating the diets of healthy people Estimated average Requirement = estimated to meet the needs of half the health people in a group Recommended dietary allowance = meets the nutrient needs of nearly all healthy people in a group. Adequate Intake = set for nutrients which not RDA is determined Tolerable Upper Intake Level = highest level of daily intake of a nutrient that is unlikely to pose risks of adverse healht effects.
