To participate in the forum: Click on the forum you wish to participate in, e.g. Welcome and Guidance, or click on the Last Post to follow on from that discussion

Tick the box to subscribe to the forum Click on Add New Topic to add a new topic of conversation

Fill in the title of your post, write your message and click submit

To reply to an existing topic, simply click Add Reply or use the Quick Reply fields provided, click Submit

To add an attachment to the forum, click the arrow to the right of Attachments, click Browse to select the document you wish to share, click Upload, then click Submit

Tick the box to receive email alerts of activity in the forum
