Summary INDA to supply 9 (1 proto + 8 series) ICRF Sources to IO, each capable to deliver 2.5 MW/CW RF power at VSWR 2:1 in the frequency band 35 – 65 MHz or 3.0 MW/CW at VSWR 1.5:1 in the frequency band 40 – 55 MHz, along with other strict requirements. Single Chain R&D program has been launched using Diacrode and Tetrode to test 1.5 MW/CW RF power at VSWR 2:1 in the higher edge frequency and 1.7 MW/CW at VSWR 1.5:1 in the lower edge frequency to qualify these tubes with cavity. Here we are presenting the outcome of ICRH RF amplifiers using Tetrode technology (4CW150000E & 4CM2500KG) along with cavity design. Dedicated test facility is already developed at INDA Lab using low power RF section, wideband solid state pre-driver amplifier, Aux PS & common HVPS for driver and final stage amplifiers, high power Tx-line system, LCU for control-monitoring-interlock, key safety system, water & air cooling system and 3 MW test load for testing the RF source on match and mismatch load. R&D RF source using tetrode tubes for driver and final stage of amplifiers are designed, manufactured, assembled and commissioned successfully at INDA test facility along with other subsystems. This RF source is tested first time worldwide on matched and mismatched load for more than 2000s at different ITER frequencies at MW power level. To check the overall performance of the system, 5 consecutive 2000s shots with 25% duty cycle at 1.5MW/55MHz tested successfully which confirms the ruggedness & availability of the full system and to benchmark the equipment for fusion application. Electrical efficiency of complete RF chain is around 55% - 60%. RF exposure is measured at the vicinity of RF source and found less than 25 W/cm2 which is well within the limit FEC-2018-Paper number FIP/1-2Rb
