Evaluate this module by going online to http://studentselfserve.surrey.ac.uk/ Available 17th December 2013 – 17th January 2014 Accessible via smartphone, tablet, laptop, pc anywhere anytime. Takes just 5 minutes… Your feedback is important, and will be used for future fine-tuning of this module. We would recommend to at least inform your students about the online MEQ just before/after the MEQ becomes available to them. Furthermore, for the first cohort using the online MEQ, we recommend to use the following 4 slides to highlight how students can log-in.

Go to http://studentselfserve.surrey.ac.uk/ Students will receive a personal email invitation initiated with the signature of the DVC to fill in the questionnaire online when the MEQ is opened in SITS. Most students are already familiar with e:Vision/Student Self-Serve. Specific instructions how to log into http://studentselfserve.surrey.ac.uk/ will be provided in this email. Students log into e:Vision/Student Self-Serve with their Surrey username and password

After students have logged in, students will be able to select “My Surveys” on the welcome screen.

As a third step, students can indicate which evaluation they are ready to evaluate by pressing “Start” of the respective module they would like to evalatuate

The online evaluation will guide students through the evaluation questionnaire, using a Likert reponse of 1(= strongly disagree) to 5 (= strongly agree), with a not applicable option. Students can save the questionnaire input where needed, and once students press submit the answers will be stored anonymously in SITS.
