How did Franklin show responsibility and honesty? Pause the video to have students demonstrate with the paper in the video. Discuss mass and air resistance.

Thursday’s Lesson

Recognizing similarities and differences of people and communities; variations in families; customs and values of diverse groups .

How were Katje and Rosie similar? Turn and talk: How were Katje and Rosie similar? How were they different? Discuss the things both girls liked. How Katje did not have much due to war. Discuss values and how one community got together to help another community far away from them.
