PFC-Template and Questionnaire for the pilot study on PFC (2017) The template was prepared by Emanuele Ferretti and adapted a table reported in CONCAWE/NICOLE review on PFAS (https://www.concawe.eu//uploads/Modules/Publications/rpt_16-8.pdf) suggested by Jonathan Smith during the meeting in Amersfoort.
