Special Codes If the assignment is excused for a student, you can type an X in the Special Code column and check No Count. If the assignment is missing for a student, you can type a Z in the Special Code column and check Missing. This will score as a 0 in the average. Click Save.

Creating New Reports Select Add a New Template. Name the Template Set the parameters for the report Click Save.

Cloning Reports Select Clone Template Name the Template Set the parameters for the report Click Save.

Display Options You can change how student info, assignments, and grades appear using the Display Options Button

Student Display Select how you want student names to appear in gradebook Select display options like Student ID, dropped students etc. Select Sorting Options

Student Profile Select the student icon next to the student’s name to view the Student Profile View Family Access Display - Gradebook to view student’s grade in all subjects
